We are seeking a smart, articulate, hardworking professional to join our inside sales team, aggresively work the phones, and help our customers understand the value NetCharts can bring to their organization. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, multi-faceted individual to accelerate their career.
Job Duties:
- High volume calling
- Must have technical and/or product knowledge
- Focus on qualifying inquiries and/or generating leads through outbound calling efforts
- Responsible for initial stages of sales cycle: account research, account mapping, interest development, preliminary needs analysis
- Collect rudimentary prospect information
- Have business enabling conversations with prospects
- Focus on adding well qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
- Nurtures those leads that are not yet ready to engage in the sales process
