Tristan Ziegler

President and CEO

A certified public accountant with more than fourteen years of accounting and financial experience, Mr. Ziegler began his career with Ernst & Young, working with a variety of manufacturing and healthcare clients. He later moved into corporate and partnership taxation with the firm. Following public accounting, he gained experience in treasury management with a large utility company, responsible for daily cash management and investment decisions for a $200 million plus portfolio, banking relations, and overall responsibility for the accounting and analysis of the $700 million pension plan.

Prior to joining Visual Mining, Inc. in June 1999, Mr. Ziegler served as the Director of Corporate Accounting for Snyder Communications, Inc., a publicly traded global provider of integrated marketing solutions focusing primarily on Fortune 500 size companies. During his tenure, Mr. Ziegler gained invaluable experience with SEC reporting requirements, SEC filings, and the worldwide consolidation and integration of the accounting functions of acquired entities as Snyder grew from an $80 million company to $800 million in three years.

Mr. Ziegler holds a B.S. in accounting and finance with honors from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a member of both the AICPA and MACPA.
