Standard Hours of Operations
Technical Support services for NetCharts for Developers and NetCharts Performance Dashboards products are provided during the time periods and with the exceptions set out below:
- Telephone 800.308.0731 Option 4 (International callers: +1.301.795.2200 Option 4) and via email at support@visualmining.com service is provided Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Messages may be left via voice or e-mail at other times.
- Visual Mining's technical staff may be unavailable during these time periods for up to three hours per month to attend meetings and training sessions. This underscores Visual Mining's commitment to provide well-trained technical support personnel.
- Service is not provided on up to twelve holidays per year which include, but are not limited to, the following:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
- Christmas Eve Day
- Christmas Day
- In the case of "acts of God" such as power outages, snowstorms or other weather emergencies, Visual Mining will make reasonable attempts to provide technical support during the events and will work diligently to restore normal technical support services as soon as possible afterwards.
